Title: HSE Integrated Emergency medical responder (ACP Registered)

Location: Grande Prairie, AB, Alberta (10 vacancies ) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): St. John's Ambulance First-Aid Certificate, Canadian Red Cross First-Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, Emergency First Response Course, Driver's licence


Experience: Experience an asset


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Driver's Record: Driver's abstract


Specific Skills: Assess extent of injuries or illness of trauma victims to determine emergency medical treatment, Administer pre-hospital emergency care, Document and record nature of injuries and treatment provided


Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence


Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
