Education: Completion of university


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Examination, Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities


Experience: Experience an asset


Languages: Speak English, Read English


Work Setting: Private practice


Area of Practice: Community occupational therapy, Geriatrics, Pediatrics


Specific Skills: Develop and implement treatment programs, Evaluate treatment progress, Maintain clinical and progress reports


Security and Safety: Criminal record check


Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Fast-paced environment, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Work under pressure


Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Own transportation


Work Location Information: Work in employer's/client's home, Various locations
